In order to ensure a smooth and issue-free Festival, Dyngus Day Cleveland will try to provide as much detail around the Permitting and Licensing requirements for the City of Cleveland.  Please be sure to submit that information to info@clevelanddyngus.com, as well as a Certificate of Insurance (COI) 7 days prior to the Festival.
