Please note that this Festival takes place in the City of Cleveland on Detroit Avenue. Each vendor is responsible for their own permits and licenses. Please click here to see all requirements based on the type of vendor you are. We require all permits to be sent to us prior to the start of the Festival AND each vendor must have copies on site.

Rules and Regulations for exhibitors

Exhibitors must set up on April 22 at 8 AM and be ready to open by 9:30 AM. Tear down begins at 9:30 PM and exhibitors must be done by 11:30 PM.

Exhibitor/Vendor must submit a list of all products they will be selling along with pictures, if applicable. No other products are allowed to be sold once approved by Festival.

Dyngus Day Cleveland reserves the right to limit the sale of certain products, if deemed in competition with another vendor.

Vending is restricted to your designated sales area.

Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs and tents. Please send any pictures of your setup, if available, for approval.

There are NO electrical hook-ups or Wi-Fi available for your vending area

Vendors are responsible for setting up, maintenance and tearing down of their display including all trash removal at the conclusion of the Festival.

Vendors accept responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise and equipment.

Vendors accept responsibility, liability, and costs for any damage to booth, customers, the Festival or the environment.

Dyngus Day Cleveland reserves the right to terminate this agreement for any violation.

Exhibitors are required to be open for business from 10 AM – 9:30 PM on April 22, 2019. Failure to remain open the entire Festival Hours will result in termination of agreement.

Assignment of display space is final, and shall constitute an acceptance of this contract. Storage of all extra merchandise, cartons, and containers must be out of sight.

All merchants are solely responsible for compliance with applicable state laws, Ohio 8.00% sales tax (Cuyahoga County), local ordinances, and health regulations.
